Most EVIL Power Ranger Villain of ALL time! (Or as Evil as we've seen thus far.)

Venjix. He actually won and conqured the world and imprisons humans to force them into labor or experiment on them. That's pretty damn evil.

Oh come on, Venjix is a computer program that looks like Hal from 2001: A Space Odessey. Dai Shi, Rita, and Zedd were twice as evil as he/she/it is

Just because some achieved the most doesn't necessarily ensure they are the most "evil", it just means they're better at their job.

And in actuality, Mondo and Grumm have conquered more than Venjix has.

But, I'm going to Dai Shi, and why? We're talking about the concept of evil here, and all of the other villains I feel were held back and restricted by compassion or emotion.

Dai Shi seemed to have nothing from stopping him being a total A grade ass. This is even more apparent when we see the drastic different between Dai Shi and Jarrod, even when Jarrod was influenced by evil, we then see occasional shifts back to when Dai Shi claims full control, and there is no passion or concern, no anything in there, apart from evil.

Thing is with Venjix is, he's not naturally evil because he's not natural, he's a machine, a virus, it's the way he was programmed, it's not natural evil. Dai Shi is. Venjix is artificial, it's not a genuine personality.

venjix all the way he took over most of the earth, and in doing that did more than any other villian did. Ivan Ooze is a close second he did a lot to be consider pretty bad.

Maybe you missed what I said in my post. He forces humans into labor and also experiments on them. That's like what the Nazis did.

Well, I would've just voted for Flurious if I could've. Bear in mind that I haven't actually seen all seasons of Power Rangers yet. I still have to finish Mystic Force and Wild Force as well as watch all of Ninja Storm, Dino Thunder, and S.P.D. Even so, Flurious is definitely the most evil so far in my opinion. There's no disputing that Norg was largely an idiot, but he did do useful things for Flurious every now and then. Was Norg ever acknowledged or thanked for his useful contributions or treated with any more respect? No. I think pretty much all PR villains other than Flurious have extended one or more of these courtesies to their mostly-incompetent henchmen whenever they did something right, however briefly. As far as I know, Flurious is also the only PR villain to ever kill one of his family members. When Flurious froze Moltor and then shattered his body into countless pieces, I was just thinking, "Holy crap! They've never had something as intense as this on Power Rangers! How many angry letters did they get from parents?"

Pirantishead froze Mastodon, Pterodactyl, Triceratops, and Saber-Toothed Tiger and later took control of Tyrannosaurus and Dragonzord. The Rangers eventually got their zords back and Zordon changed them into the Thunderzords. In short, Zedd did not destroy the Dinozords. The Thunderzords may have been destroyed while he was there, but just being there doesn't really count. Ernie was there when the Thunderzords were destroyed, yet none of us thinks that Ernie was evil. The destruction of the Thunderzords was due to a number of factors, none of them seriously involving Zedd: 1) Rito came up with the idea to try to destroy the Power Rangers by himself, 2) Rita agreed with the idea and thought of sending down a group of monsters to help him, and 3) Alpha 5 turned up the power accelerator too high due to the Rangers' urging. The only contribution Zedd made was not opposing the plan. As for the destruction of the Command Center, Zedd did find "an ancient scroll map in the long forgotten tunnels beneath the Command Center" in his search for a weakness in the Command Center. However, he didn't organize the destruction of the Command Center. Rita laid out the plan to Rito and Goldar and Zedd simply told them to get going. Zedd probably came up with the plan, but he's never actually given credit for it in the dialogue of the relevant episode, Attack of the 60' Bulk.

I went for the Overdrive villains,meaning Flurious cause he killed his brother.

But now that I think about it Venjix is pretty evil.

Queen Bansheera gets my vote, mainly because she was a (literally)heartless villain who was so obsessed with the reconstruction of her palace that she willingly drove her species to extinction but what really makes her seem evil to me was that she treated her son more like a weapon then anything else, even when he died she didn’t seem to notice.

Now Olympius despite being my favorite villain(duh) doesn’t get my vote, he was evil but not to the extent of some of the other villains here, like zedd or trakeena.

I'm not going to lie, I would've put Thrax, because he had so much building up inside him, he just wanted to do away with the Rangers to avenge his parents and to the sentinel knight for banishing him. To rub it in his face he was placed in a space dumpster like his parents and now, he doesn't have his parents to help him, they're good/dead(whatever ended up happening to them after the Z-Wave-thinger) I'm going with Thrax...even thought he's not an option...so I voted for his mom and her goons cause they're second for a similar reason, but still...I'll stop now :P

That what the Flurious option was for since Thrax happened during Once a Ranger, which was during Operation Overdrive. But I agree I liked him and he had a nice build up to his character, which I now realize that I screwed up the acronym on the quiz portion... putting OD instead of OO, Oh well.
