And we porbably would have seen more of the Galaxy Book and its contents, as well as more of Mirinoi's background story and the mythology behind the Quasar Sabers. Maybe even more details about the Magna Defender's and Zika's past, perhaps even a more detailed explanation how exaclty is Zordon connected to the Quasar Sabers as well.

But even with Valerie being able to finish the season, we probably wouldn't get to see everything that was actually planned for that season since the production schedule of PRLG was a mess and that included scripts arriving late.
