View Full Version : They need to continue Ninja Steel

Ninja Storm Samurai

Power Rangers received a much needed reboot when Ninja Steel was created. I know they just ended the series. But I think they need to find a way to continue. I don't want them to make the same mistake they made with Ninja Storm and Samurai.

Both seasons were awesome reboots that really breathed new life into the franchises. The mistake was to move on from them and bring the show back down.

The show never followed up on Ninja Storm well. Ninja Storm should have continued for years. It should be a brand onto itself. Its much bigger then Power Rangers. They missee a big oppertunity by not making Ninja Steel at least be a sequel to the better NS. Samurai just doesn't compare.

Don't make me laugh. Ninja Storm, Samurai, and Ninja Steel are all horrible seasons. Hasbro would be wise to just forget they existed like pretty much everything past Wild Force.

Space Seasons

I'm disapointed we aren't getting a Space Season next year. I thought for sure they were adapting the Space Sentai next.

I think they will get to that eventually if not after Beast Morphers. Its too tempting not to adapt.

I could have seen Ninja Storm continuing into DinoThunder with Jason joining the cast. Even if the Rangers got dino powers. But the Ninja School angle did make this idea seem awkward. And Disney didn't want to do continuing seasons.

I don't see Samurai needing to go more then a season. Megaforce made a lot of sense, was just bad in execution. I think Hasbro is better off starting fresh with Beast Morphers.

Disney was smart and made the best since MMPR. Ninja Storm, DinoThunder, SPD,Mystic Force, Operation Overdrive, and Jungle Fury were all awesome. Only RPM wasn't good but thats because Disney's heart wasn't quite in it.

I don't have much faith in Beast Morphers since Saban is no longer in the picture. We might not get a good season for a long time if ever. The only hope is that they March hire Shulki Levy . But that doesn't seem likely.

Hasbro will spend money, unlike Saban and Disney. Those two companies were cheap!

I do like how the recent seasons have tried to do their own thing. I think Hasbro will allow them to continue this route.

They don't "need" to do anything. Hasbro is in power and they'll do whatever they please with the franchise.

I disagree about Ninja Storm it wasn't bad but I do agree about Samurai and Ninja Steel that said no they wouldn't be wise to forget about any season. That's just plain idiotic and stupid.

yea I think the Space Sentai is definitely too tempting that they won't skip it but it doesn't truly mean it'll be the next Sentai to be adapted.

yea Megaforce was just bad execution all around and I also agree that Hasbro was better off with picking Go-Busters as their first Sentai to adapt.

I beg to differ. Dino Thunder, Mystic Force and RPM were the best Disney seasons although Mystic Force did have its bad points but more good than bad.

Space, Galaxy, Time Force and Wild Force were the best seasons that were done by MMPR Productions.

Hasbro will spend money, unlike Saban and Disney. Those two companies were cheap!

you claim that now but you'll be singing your same tune eventually although this time you'll be calling Hasbro cheap instead

I don't mean literally erase them continuity. Just don't reference them .

I am all for continuing Ninja Steel. Its the only good series since MMPR. Everything else shouldne really be in continuity. They should stilk bring back MMPR though. Do both MMPR and Ninja Steel as a side season.

I don't mean literally erase.them continuity. Just don't reference them .

but that would also mean you pretty much want no evidence of their existence.

I don't have much faith in Beast Morphers since Saban is no longer in the picture.

Saban didn't do PR many favours in that second era. Samurai, Megaforce and Ninja Steel were considered series nadirs (I don't mind Ninja Steel but can respect the majority's stance on it), with Dinocharge being the only exception, although Dino Supercharge was also criticised.

Beast Morphers is doing very well so far

Agreed Beast Morphers has been a life saver. Neo Saban was crap aside from the movie. Beast Morphers is the best PR season in a decade.

Ninja Steel was okay at tines but mostly boring. I don't see a great need to continue it.

Lightspeed Fire

Ninja Steel wasn't more then a one season show. It could have been a lot better. It was okay though.

Maverick Ranger

They clearly want to do seasonal teams now. They have for decades, I don't see that changing.

Ninja Steel wasn't that great. It was best as a one and done season imo.

Disney Princess

I was so disappoint when Ninja Steel had nothing to do with Ninja Storm. Disney would have had it be Ninja Storm season 2.

I think Ninja Steel could have been a lot better. I am glad it wasn't extended. But that was never the plan anyway.

We are much better off with Beast Morphers. At least Hasbro has a clue.

MMPR Forever

If they had a clue they would have continuing Ninja Steel and brought back MMPR. Then they would have two great series.

That would make no sense. Most fans hated Ninja Steel so it will never come back plus no footage would support it.

I am all for seeing MMPR again but not as an actual season.
Their time has gone, let new characters get the spotlight

I never rewatched all of Dino Charge or Ninja Steel after they ended. So I decided to do it last week. I never noticed how they dropped the ball with Ninja Steel. I got annoyed most of the time while watching it, but I think that's mostly because of Victor and Monty. I never liked them myself even when I was watching the series when it was active anyway. The fact that they weren't in "Dimensions in Danger" was even one of the things I liked most about the episode.

Dino Charge had potential but just didn't hold up in the end. Ninja Steel was ok.

They don't need to do anything really. Hasbro owns the franchise and can do what they want.

Ninja Steel wasn't that great. It was better then Ninja Storm. But thats not much of a compliment.
