View Full Version : Ninja Steel Is Amazing!

I was wrong about Ninja Steel. The early episodes seemed like it was going to be another failed MMPR retread with Sentai plots. I also didn't like the darker undertones of Brody being in captivity for ten years. Which seemed to dark for PR.

But they have handled it well since Brody has not had any weird psd level crap that shouldn't be in Power Rangers. They have kept his storylines lighthearted like everything else.

But my main point here is that Ninja Steel has been amazing. I can't overstate that enough. Keep in mind that I have been uninterested in everything since MMPR.

Ninja Steel gets it. The high school level storylines have made this a welcome change. And they are handling them much Better than Megaforce. Since that series fIled to live up to MMPR.

Ninja Steel has had the perfect blend of slapstick and morphed action. I didn't like the villains in the beginning but they have grown on me. After the disgusting MMPR movie its a welcome change to finally have a PR season to care about. this is the most I have written on here. It doesn't"t do justice to how much I love Ninja Steel.

I agree. It has surpassed even own expectations. I am sure a lot of old fans are coming back like you.

I think the show has been good since Samurai actually. They really have got back the MMPR feel since then. The Neo Saban Seasons have been the best the show has been since DinoThunder.

I agree about Ninja Steel. But I think Megaforce did do a great job with the high school stuff as well.

Its just too formulaic for me. The Brody storyline didn't need to be PSD level but should have been a lot more serious. He should have had more trouble adjusting to his new life after being a prisoner for Galavanx.

I don't know. Its just been boring overall. And I really don't care about the characters. MMPR was campy and on the shallow side with its characters but it was never boring.

It caters to a lower age group than I would like. So it doesn't really interest me.

Its quite whacky ,which I love. They even work in a garage half the time. Too bad they don't have a full car theme. Even if there are elements of that. It could end up being as good as Turbo despite the Ninja theme. At least they are whacky about the Ninja Team.

I like it because it is funny and I want to see Brody get Galavanx. Not to mention the morphed action lol.

The writers think they can just throw out whatever they want and expect us to accept it.
