Is the Venjix was see in RPM a future version of the Venjix we saw in "Forever Red"?

nope he wasn't although it would've made more sense. It was proven during Samurai that RPM took place in an alternate dimension although it was a bad move on their part.

I think it was the same Venjix. He just pretended to be a brand new virus to fool K and Alphabet Soup so he could escape.

Venjix ended up there after "Forever Red" and got stuck in Alphabet Soup's systems.

When word came out Venjix was the villian. It seemed obvious he was going to be the same Venjix. I was surprised when that was confirmed not to be the case in "Doctor K".

I don't know I think it would have been cool if they were the same.

Then again I would have also liked it if there was a twist where it turned out this was some other planet a long time ago, and that all this time RPM was actually a prequel about the origin of the Machine Empire.

That would have been Planet Of The Apes like. Of course the ending would have been even darker than Ranger Black.

RPM should have just took place in the future. After SPD and before Time Force.

It was so long ago, it is hard to see how the two would have been the same. Especially with RPM being its own universe.

Its too bad they didn't make him the same character. He coukd have even come from the main PRU universe to RPM's. Venjix in RPM was overrated though. The villians were one ofthe few weak points of the season.

It was just a cocidence, both seasons were run by completely different people.

I thought for sure they were going to be one and the same. I was shocked when they turned out to be unrelated. It seemed like a waste.
