How do you start a topic in Power Ranger's Central's Board?Everytime I try to reply I just get Apply for Membership or Local Users for Power Ranger's Central Ezboard-Log In here.Yes,I do have a global acount.But it isn't working?What do I do?

You apply for membership. PRC requires membership, because things there have tended to get chaotic in the past and zyuray isn't the nicest person you're gonna meet.

It'll take awhile for awhile for Ray to accept your membership. He'll do it when he does it. He doesn't like multiple usernames.

At least PRC's beeing moderated. I got in ! day after I applied. ZyuRay isn't that bad a person... If you don't **** with him, you don't need to be afried of the Big Bad Ray.
