I find the two annoying and they had no value to the show. I don't get why they were added to the show.

I wouldn't call them worthless. They are comic relief. A lot of seasons have that. They are harmless and don't take anything away from the season. You can't have every character be super serious. We have the Rangers and the violations for that. Not to mention Commander Shaw.

There harmless comic relief characters.

Not as bad as Victor and Monty

I think they are actually based on two of the Sentai characters. Go-busters actually used them when the zords were sent out. Beast Morphers has a different character for that.

[Ranger Black]

There very annoying characters. I wish they were written differently or not included.

[Bratty Katty]

They are a lot better then Victor and Monty.

[Lothor's Revenge]

I think they are pretty funny actually.
