The Psychoes were the most determined clones, the most interesting, the most original our heroes ever faced. The cyborg rangers are my second pick, but since most of ya will vote for Psycho Rangers, my vote is for the Cyborgs. That was a great episode by the way.

The Nejirangers er........Psycho Rangers were the only real evil ranger team. Except for in Kakuranger. That is why they are the best. They had more than one episode.

The Shadow Rangers. They're existence meant that the Rangers could not morph. It was excellent. Shame about how easy they were to defeat though.
