And now we know why there was legal ramifications for the Canadian station that aired the episode. They didn't air it out of order they aired it illegally.

Brings up the question if it is dvd exclusive why do the stations have the episode?

Well everyone knows a special DVD exclusive on a PR DVD does'nt stay for long, remember the Dino Thunder "Secret Episode" which was the morphing grid thing from the DVDs

Yes I remember, I seen it. But it has never before been aired on tv. That is the legal problem the Canadian station had.

that was a good question back then but it's possible it wasn't going to be aired as a DVD exclusive episode in Canada and instead was supposed to be aired sometime after the U.S. release of it.

I didn't like how they didn't let Tommy un-morph . It gives me a bad throw back to the stuck in morphed storyline in the middle of DT.

I know, he actually was pretty convincing. Its a shame they couldn't have Tommy call in his lines like when Tommy was stuck morphed

I was disappointed that they didn't get to JDF to at least dub the suit voice.

that's incorrect since JDF was available it's just Disney didn't want to pay to bring him over.

I think we were lucky to have JDF return for almost a whole season. It was too much to expect him to fly him to NZ just for the team up. The anniversary season in Super Megaforce was a different case.
