What is it, where can i find it, all i know is its a zeo ending version 1 of 2, the second is the turbo movie, did they ever record scorpions rain???

Well i hear one of the original makers of PRO made it, along with one of hte guys who wrote forever red, i compliment him on the forbidden episode (FR)

No, Amit Buerimik made Power Rangers Online Archives not Power Rangers Online, He did writer "Forever Red". Rain was made well before PRO even existed and had nothiong to do with the orginal webmaster of PRO. There are no copies up for download. It was just a fan film that got written into pr's back story. The creator's persumably have it. But no one will ever see it.

They are two different sites with no relation to each other. Its like saying Power Rangers Central and Power Rangers On Air Central are the same site. Here is what PROA ( Power Rangers Online Archives ) used to look like ( just an archive of it from way back machine.

Sorry, people have been saying that for years though. Its really nothing that great production wise from what I here. But it has an interesting place in the pr mythos. Especially with it being a fan film

Clearly you are not using your brain or don't possess a brain in decent working order.

Serpenterra got on the moon the same way as Rita's castle someone put it there. Why it was put there is another story which is beyond the scope of Forever Red which only focuses on the Machine Empire taking it under their control.

How the Machine Empire avoided Zordon's wave is just as simple, the same as every other fucking monster in the universe. They were not a part of the universal army attacking at the time. If Zordon killed every villian then Trakeena would have been killed along with her dad and Lost Galaxy would have never happened. Jindrax & Toxica would have been killed as well as Master Org. Etc, etc, etc.

Serpentera being on the Moon is unknown but presumably they rode on it back to the Moon and then it lost power... as it always did.

In the case of the Generals avoiding the Z-wave, could be any number of reasons.
1. The wave only affected the members that were currently attacking the universe at the time.
2. The Generals were in hiding.
3. The Generals weren't a threat at the time.

As we've seen in seasons following Space, the wave did not affect everyone.
Scorpius, Trakeena and Mutiny survived it because they were in another galaxy.

The demons were protected by it because they were still sealed.

Ransik wasn't a threat because he wasn't born yet.
The Orgs likely weren't a threat since Master Org wasn't active yet.
No clue about Lothor and his forces but Lothor likely wasn't deemed a threat since he wasn't ready to return.

Mesogog wasn't around so no Elsa or Zeltrax.
Gruumm possibly wasn't a serious threat.
The Underworld Forces were still sealed so they weren't a threat.
Moltor and Flurious were sealed so they weren't a threat.
Dai-Shi was still sealed.
Venjix was in another dimension.
Xandred was probably sealed at the time so he wasn't a threat.
Insectoids weren't ready for action so they weren't a threat.
