The final act of the DK arc seems to be influenced quite a bit by PGSM. With the Senshi (well Moon anyway) not wanting to be defined by their past life, the Shitennou all being alive now and Kunzite being at least partially aware of their connection to Endymion yet still wanting to harm him. The only thing I see missing from what I've seen of PGSM so far is that Queen Beryl didn't threaten the lives of the Shitennou as a way to get him to come to her.
