I think that Tutlecon's evil rangers were the toughest because turtlecon was from the future and i think that turtlecon's rangers could the beat the space rangers easier than the psycho rangers.

Definitely the Psycho Rangers because of their ability to read the Space Rangers' devices and get to their physical location within seconds due to their superior speed. Not to mention their power as well.
