www.youtube.com, and it got me thinking about a food snack from Japan that i never heard of, until i searched it on google,
it's called
"menchikatsu"- it's a "meat pie". They sell it at japanese venders...it looks yummy! I definetley want to try that soon!
it also reminds me of a Russian cuisine that i've seen at Brighton Beach in Brooklyn, N.Y. venders. It's called, in Russian,
(Yes, i'm teaching you guys a little Russian!)
"Perashki"- it's pronounced "Perash-kee". This is, [i'm guessing at it right now b/c i don't have one with me], , a greasy-fried bread with either a filling, on the inside, of potatoe or meat. i reccomend it to anyone who goes to Brighton Beach, in Brooklyn, N.Y!
