GSXT, all rumors are fake until proven. As such, here's some newer rumors coming out for Kyoryuger:

After the confirmation (http://www.jefusion.com/2012/09/jyuden-sentai-kyoryuger-coming-this-2013.html) of the 37th Super Sentai series (http://www.jefusion.com/search/label/Kyoryuger) last week, we have now our very first Jyuden Sentai Kyoryuger (獣電戦隊キョウリュウジャー) rumors! And as opposed to dinosaurs, they are rumored to be using premitive or ancient animals.

Please take rumors with a grain of salt!

Kyoryuger's mecha will be called the "Jyuden Genshijyu" (獣電原子獣, Beast Electric Atom Beasts). The term is a play on the word "Genshijyu" (原始獣, Primitive Beasts), and are not dinosaurs, but ancient animals. The team's transformation device is tentatively called "Kyoryuu Smaho" (Kyoryuu Smartphone).

The Jyuden Sentai Kyoryuger consists of:


KyoryuRed controls the "Jyuden GigaKong" [giant ape type]

named after the Gigantopithecus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gigantopithecus)


KyoryuBlue controls the "Jyuden Andrewsarchus" [hyena-type]

Actually, those rumors have been proven false.. Or thought to be false anyway.

I'm calling ******** on the rumors. There's nothing about this on the bigger Japanese rumor sites. Googling "ギガコング", "キョウリュウスマホ" and "獣電原子獣" leads you nowhere. It's only a bunch of English sites that have the exact words "獣電原子獣"

I'm guessing dukemon made this up, unless he has a source to back it up with.

Also, no one uses kyoryu as giant dragons or whatever. The kyo in this case doesn't even mean giant. If anything it's scary dragon.
