Themes, and motif you like in Tokusatatsu

What sort of themes or motifs do you like in Tokusatsu.


For me I like Ultraman, and a lot of Ishinomori's 70's henshin hero shows such as Kamen Rider, Kikaider, Henshin Ninja Arashi, Akumaizer 3 etc because when you think about it the heroes themselves are monsters, and aliens who just use their powers for good.

I was also looking at a lot of 60's anime heroes like Ogon Bat (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mobgGAAd_YY), and Yokai Ningen Bem (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s8HgqjvQ8x8) which also have a similar theme going on.

Even my favorite American superheroes are guys like Ghost Rider, and The Incredible Hulk.

I like seeing a team of heroes fighting together against an evil threat to the Earth. I would like to see more Kamen Riders series or Ultraman series coming to America.:cool:
