Which team are they?

They are probably a team from Super Sentai. Super Sentai is the Japenese Show that PR gets its action footage from. Sentai started long before MMPR. So there are a lot of older Super Sentai that was never adapted for PR. I can't tell which Sentai thisis from.

Indeed they are a Super Sentai team. Looks like they match the 1982 team and that would be Goggle V.

My mistake. Any suits that have that white stuff on their chests can get a little confusing but indeed it is TurboRanger and that is the 1989 team. Hey at least I was only 7 years off, LOL.
