Looking for a Software

Hi. I'm looking for a cloud based document software or maybe a provider who specializes in managing systems. Are you familiar with this? I was assigned to take the lead in finding a reliable one. I have searched online, found some, but I want to hear from users as well. Thanks for your time.

Have you tried using Google Doc or Smart Sheet. Both are cloud based and easy to use but if you want something more advanced, you should look and contact for a service provider who can customize a software based on your requirement.

We're looking for something that has more functions that Google Doc but we're not sure that having one custom made is the way to go. Anyway, a friend recommended this solution by Verse Solutions (http://www.versesolutions.com/cloud-based-document-management/). It has the functions we're looking for so unless we can find something better we'd probably go with this.
