Another great episode! This cast just continues to bring it.

Episode should have been titled " Drive for Mediocrity". But I am being too generous.

'Drive to survive is a good episode. Cavin have to get over his fear of driving in order to save his friends. Of course, it would been better if we didn't get the Victor and Monty subplot in this episode. :rolleyes:

I thought it was pretty weak plot wise. The whole conquering your fear plot seemed uneven with the action. And it came off as too easy. Its also unbelievable that Calvin would be so afraid of driving when he knew so much about cars. Especially because he crashed his gocart as a child.

It was an assnine plot by a writing staff that just isn't getting the job done.

I loved it. The plot with Monty and Vincient was awesomely funny!

I dug the new zord mode.

I did think it was too easy for Calvin conquered his fear too easily. And that part of the episode was pretty weak. I suspect it was an original plot given some of the stuff in the zord battle.

Why is Mack suddenly so wise? He came off like a comedy character in the premiere.

Because they don't even try anymore. Mick is the mentor simply because they say. Might as well have made Boom the SPD mentor with that attitude. Even Kalish wasn't that foolish.

Its pretty bad when we find ourselves begging for Kalish.

The episode was okay. I just hated the Victor and Monty plot. It really catered to the lowest common denominator. They just aren't working m I thought the rest of the episode was a decent Calvin episode.
