Why is Wild Force put down for being environmental?

I think people bash Wild Force more for being cookie cutter and having wooden acting. The characters were just too over the top.

It was definitely a step down from Time Force but it had its moments. I don't really think the environment was focused on as much as people say. It was more about defending the Earth from the Orgs.

It was because of how Princess Shayla come off as a flower child. She just seemed to be overly forced.

Master Org tried to have the Earth Polluted a few times. It made sense because it helped five the Orgs their power.

Its not that promoting environmental issues is wrong. Its just that the show presented it in an overly preachy way that felt less organic.

It was really only a few episodes where they went over board. The episodes with Kite and the Deer were ridiculous. But the rest were fine.

Power Rangers isn't an infomercial. We don't need to here about the environment every 10 minutes..There are other avenues to do that. Do psas like the show has done in the past.

I think its more how the message was delivered. It was just too heavy handed and over the top. No one can argue protecting the environment isn't important.
