Why didn't Andros have a full team?

It seemed odd Andros didn't have a full team of Rangers before he meant the Turbos. Since he had those morphers on stand by. We don't even see evidence of earlier Rangers using those morphers in the flashbacks with Zhane.

Andros didn't want to work with people by that point. Also there could have been more Rangers that got lost in the K035 invasion. They just weren't shown in the flashbacks. It all could have added to why Andros wanted work a lone. We know Zhane's injury had a lot to do with it already.

The plan was always for the morphers to be used by the Turbo Rangers. Remember that Zordon had a master plan that invovled the Turbo team coming to the Megaship. Andros and Alpha 6 both.knew this . This is why Alpha stayed behind to make sure Andros followed Zordon's order. Andros was never supposed to give them to anyone else. Even jf he didn't want to anyway.

The morphers must have been unavailable during the timeline of the KO35 invasion. It didn't seem like Andros and Zhane had more teammates. Andros didn't seem like someone who ever worked as a member of a large team.

I think it was just a big plothole. Sometimes we try to make sense of things that have no rhyme or reason.

They were too cheap to hire actors to play the former Rangers in the flashbacks.

I wish Adam would have replaced Carlos in "Always A Chance". That would have been so awesome having him back. It would have been cool to see him in C2D.

They weren't going to write off a Ranger by having him quit because he felt he let the team down.

It would have been cool seeing Adam as a Black Ranger again.

Andros didn't know about the morphers until Alpha told him. The black box didn't just have the code for the Megaship Combination. It had the codes to open the secret vault with the rest of the morphers.

Come on guys! It was just that they needed to get the powers quick. There was no other reason.

Andros was supposed to recruit new Rangers but didn't want to. Also the exta Rangers weren't needed until after KO35 was conquered.

We don't know when Andros got the extra morphers. It could have been shortly before he met the Turbos.

It was surprising at the time. Since we were used to Ranger powers being found or earned at the time. Even with the Turbo Powers being made on the fly. But it was a cool moment when Andros handed him the morphers. So it worked out .

Its likely KO35 had a full team of Rangers at some point. Its unclear if Andros and Zhane fought with a whole team before Space. We didn't see any indication in the flashbacks to Specter's attack. Plus it seemed like Zhane and Andros were a duo. Of course it is possible Andros didn't mention them like he failed to talk about Zhane while he was hurt. It certainly would have added to Andros reluctance to work as a team. But at the same time Andros didn't feel like someone that worked with a full team before he joined up with the Turbos. So it could go either way.

There probably was a full Ranger team at some point. Perhaps when Karone and Andros were children. Since Andros brings up how they both wanted to be Power Rangers back then.

KO 35 was a colony started by Zordon as a military operation. Andros and Karone were being trained to be Power Rangers. Everyone else who wasn't a Ranger canidate was there to be military. Its possible the other canidates were abducted like Karone or eliminated ar some point before Andros/Zhane. K035 was under constant attack and decimated by UAE incursions before it finally fell.

Its likely Zordon's final plan for Earth would have been to set up several Earth colonies of the same ilk and the same purpose. The KO mother planet was just at a more advantaged stage. Earth never got the chance due to the UAE finding out about Zordon's survival and the esclation of the conflict that led to C2D.

You could argue that SPD took that plan and reimagined it at a mucb grander scale. Hexagon took advantage of the fall of the UAE and SPD was the result. Also as a reaction to the chaos losing Zordon and Specter caused.

Good Point. SPD in a lot of ways was Zordon's dream scenario. And I could see where it would have been ultimate end game. It would have taking him a lot longer to get there if he survived and the cold war just dcontinued.

Andros and Zhane probably found the morphers on their own and didn't have time to recruit a full team. And by the time Andros did he didn't want to work with anyone. Of course Zordon knew better.

Its likely that the last surviving members of the previous team gave Andros and Zhane there powers. Who didn't recruit anyone else to be Rangers.

All the potential recruits were eliminated in the K035 invasion. That's why Andros needed the Turbos to take Space Powers.
