Funny thing is they never actually travelled to Eltare. They only talked about going there, they met Andros and got the space powers, close to the Cimmerian planet.

You mean Pheados? ( the place where they went to find the Great Power)

I'd have to say that my favorite place in the PRU is the Megaship. It was such a high tech looking base at the time. It was exciting to see the Power Rangers travel through space. It felt TNG like.
